The API should be adapted so it won't require the IP address where the API connect from, since I can't add all Microsoft IP address that will query my IP, nor all the IP address my computer will get every time its Outlook access the API.
Only OPEN ticket should be returned by the API.
The DUE DATE would be the date/time shown in Outlook.
The AGENT in the URL could filter ticket for a specific agent.
The DURATION could be a field in the ticket in minutes.
If we can move around the ticket in Outlook so it update it in OsTicket it could be also a nice feature.
Same thing if we change the duration, or the description in Outlook.
I would be willing to pay a few hundred dollars for that kind of feature, and if I'm right, many more people would be willing to pay for this.
Does it make sense ?
Waht is funny is if you ask CoPilot in Bing to integrate your OsTicket in Outlook calendar, it explain how to do it and it's convince that it work :-)
Thank you.
