This is a feature request to support a Filter/Workflow that are able to allow action based on ticket waiting time.
Allow to send a custom email if ticket is awaiting since hours or days.
Allow set custom hors or day check so if no reply to the ticket is made after 12 or 24 hours we can send an email to the user informing we never forget the request.
I know this would be maybe implemented in the new 2.0 version of OsTicket, will be nice and great!
