Change mail sender's name to static

Hi!

Where can I find in the source code the auto-created client name section?
How to change incoming mail's sender name to static, when the osticket automaticially create a client profile?
Example: When we get a lot of e-mails from different e-mail addresses and the osticket create a new client profile, the name field in every profile must be exacty the same: "Incoming mail"

I wouldn't do that. What about creating a queue called "Incoming mail" and a dedicated sorting-rule that puts all new requests in there? That's how we did it for incoming (not yet sorted) requests.
