With the ever increasing number of help topics being added to our system it would be very useful if the Help Topic Drop Down on the user new ticket screen (open.php) and the agent new ticket screen (scp/tickets.php?a=open&uid=##) would have the same behavior as the agent tickets screen (scp/tickets.php?id=#####) does in the Post Reply >> Select a canned Response dropdown with the filter box.
