Should/could there be a thread (here or somewhere else) for corrections to the manual or suggestions on topics for the manual (eg not just what the settings are but
how best to set them up,
a case study
a collection of best practices or a definitions page of each term used : eg teams, departments, clients/users, agents, organisations.

Inconsistent use of Client and user, 'user' in the docs, 'client' in the text in the application, this might cause confusion if agents are also considered users.
A guide on how best to use Departments vs teams, organisations for permissions and visibility would be great, a link appreciated if it already exists
