Summary
These blocks do not specify alt attribute for images:

  • _shopping_list_header_shopping_lists_dropdown_item_widget
  • shopping_list_dropdown_item_widget
  • _product_view_media_gallery_widget
  • _login_page_logo_widget

Thank you for the bug report.
Could you clarify which version of orocommerce do you use?
As I see alt attributes are present inside of _product_view_media_gallery_widget block
