The OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_POWER_CALIBRATION_ENABLE is used to enable the OpenThread implemented power calibration feature on the RCP side.

The OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_PLATFORM_POWER_CALIBRATION_ENABLE is mainly used to enable the power calibration feature on the host side. The power calibration related spinel operations are also guarded by OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_PLATFORM_POWER_CALIBRATION_ENABLE.

So the OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_POWER_CALIBRATION_ENABLE and OPENTHREAD_CONFIG_POWER_CALIBRATION_ENABLE should not be enabled at the same time on POSIX platform (eg. Thread host).
