Modelling a conditional check based on an attribute value

Hello all,

I cannot seem to find a way to model an attribute check that I need to implement. I have created a simplified model to show what I am looking to do.

    define editor: manager from submitter
    define report_status: [status]
    define submitter: [employee]

    define manager: [employee]

In the above model, I want to implement the following rules for the report#editor relation.

1. If the report has the status of "approved", then editor : manager of the submitter
2. If not, editor : submitter.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
