uninitialized constant ManageIQ::Providers::Vmware::InfraManager::HostEsx::Handsoap

New setup with OVA on VMware. added my vcenter successfully but when i edit the host to input the default credentials i get the error uninitialized constant ManageIQ::Providers::Vmware::InfraManager::HostEsx::Handsoap.
if anyone can advise the right direction to troubleshoot this, e.g. logs location

@agrare This sounds like a bug. @nasserfuzion what version is this?

This sounds like ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-vmware#847 which was fixed by ManageIQ/manageiq-providers-vmware#849 and released first in petrosian-1
