How to find out the maximum supported postgres version

How to find out the maximum supported postgres version for morphy
Is there a compatibility matrix for MQ versions somewhere?

We currently have this documented in the "guides" pages, but that's mainly for development purposes and generally refers to the master branch: https://www.manageiq.org/docs/guides/developer_setup.html

I agree we should probably document this better in the user documentation. @jrafanie Thoughts here?

I'm just forced to use the Morphy version at the moment
But I would like to update the postgres version to 13 or 15.
At the same time, I see that this is the condition in the morphy branch

Do I understand correctly that version 13 of postgres is not supported in this case?

That's correct - PG 13 was not directly supported on Morphy. I can't recall why, however. Perhaps @jrafanie knows. If you are willing to change the code, you can modify that line to allow or disallow whatever version you'd like (or just export UNSAFE_PG_VERSION=1 somewhere at boot time).
