I've activated "Discussions" for our organization, which is accessible in the set of tabs at the top of the screen.
I figured this would be a great way for us to engage, collaborate, ask questions, develop ideas, etc. You can learn more about how to use GitHub Discussions here: https://docs.github.com/en/discussions
TL;DR
As an FYI, you are required to choose a repository for the discussions to reside, so I created the repository here: https://github.com/ClevelandClinicQHS/.github which is a special repository in which the README file also displays (in the "Overview" tab) on our organization's homepage (two birds, one stone!), so we can also use that to share information/content we'd like people to see when they visit our page.

Hey everyone!

I also created another repository here: https://github.com/ClevelandClinicQHS/.github-private, which is an analogous private repository such that the README only displays to members of the organization (when in "Member" view), so we can use that to develop homepage content that we would only like members to view. There is more information about these special repositories here: https://docs.github.com/en/organizations/collaborating-with-groups-in-organizations/customizing-your-organizations-profile#organization-profile-readmes
