How to install on Windows 10 or WSL ubuntu 18.04? #19

It says here (http://www.p4vasp.at/#/) that it supports Linux, Windows, macOS/OSX. But there is no tutorial for installing it on WIN10, or how on WSL ubuntu 18.04, I don't have UBUNTU on my PC.

Create check whether more orbitals are defined in HDF5 then are actually present and only access the available ones. Refactor things into Projectors class to avoid duplication between Band and Dos

The previously implemented wrappers lacked the kwargs argument, so that 
one could not pass keywords to the underlying routine. This revealed a 
weakness that all functions where the same but still needed 
modifications everywhere. To fix this, we generate the wrapper functions 
via a decorator now.
