Create a website for oreboot.org

People in the oreboot community have purchased the oreboot.org and oreboot.com domains.

What I would suggest is creating a new github pages project at github.com/oreboot/oreboot.github.io.

I have created a dedicated repo https://github.com/oreboot/website which would become reachable under oreboot.github.io/website.

From the oreboot/oreboot repo, we can generate Rust docs (#634) and eventually stitch both together to run on oreboot.org (the website repo, just a small static page) and docs.oreboot.org (the Rust docs; create a link to this from the website repo).
