As mentioned in #3632 and during a recent Ordinals Coding Club, the privacy ship seems to have sailed on the wallets anti-address reuse policy. Many users would like the ability to either configure the wallet to never reuse sending or receiving/change addresses or select the sending and receiving/change addresses for all of their ord transactions.
a couple of use cases:
The etcher of a rune wants to be able to specify the address that their premined runes will go to.
The ordinal inscriber wants to control the address that is used to submit the inscription.
An ord wallet holder wants to know which addresses each of their outputs belong to.
edit: added 3rd use case
