Reinscription test fails in satpoints mode

I can reinscribe on a sat in satpoints mode without setting reinscribe: true, because the check for reinscription is done against one of the inputs to the commit tx, but the sat that is inscribed on is an input to the reveal tx only.

If I try to reinscribe on a sat in satpoints mode and set reinscribe: true, I get an error telling me that my reinscription isn't a reinscription.
