Ability to hide hidden files and folders

Describe the problem this improvement solves
Just like in other file managers/viewers Orchest should allow users to hide hidden files and folders (ones whose name starts with a dot .). This way the project files don't get polluted with files/folders don't want to see anyways. A great example of this would be the file path picker in the step properties:

Would have been great if it showed only the Notebook file.

Describe the solution you'd like
Setting option to hide hidden files.

Question is: at what level is this setting saved?

• At the Project level.
• Global, e.g. as a file-manager option. So maybe through our settings page or as an option in the file-manager itself?
