[BUG] Is falling is very bug

I have checked...

• I am using the latest version of Oraxen
• I am using the latest version of any dependencies
• I am using ProtocolLib 5.0
• I have checked if any similar bug reports exist

Description

When block is falling It drops by itself.
When block is falling more than 600t (30s). It drops noteblock.

Steps to reproduce

1.Place the blocks to fall. It will drop itself.
2.Place the blocks on 2 cobweb bc the falling times was more than 30 seconds. and it will drop noteblock.
