[BUG] falling block drop noteblock on 2 cobweb blocks height. #1302

I have checked...

I am using the latest version of Oraxen
I am using the latest version of any dependencies
I am using ProtocolLib 5.0
I have checked if any similar bug reports exist

Description

I place the custom falling block on a cobweb 2 blocks height . and it's turn into a noteblock and it's drop custom block too.

Steps to reproduce

I place custom falling block
and it's fall into a cobweb 2 blocks height
on cobweb 1 block height it normally*
on the time falling block gone it's turn to noteblock
it's drop customblock too*

1.171.0

ProtocolLib Version

5.1.1,5.1.0

Server Software & Version

1.20.4,1.20.1 *I tested on 2 versions server software

How breaking is the bug?

Minor Bug - Plugin completely functional, but features have non-working aspects
