Report Dialog Enhancement

Make all report results copyable, and or provide a text popup.
Include a basic summary at the top of the report. Summary is currently only displayed in the status bar. Followed by a simple list of missing or partial Titles(DAT <game name= ).

Just to be sure to understand, what is the purpose ?

Btw, things that are already there and could help :

• There is currently a generated txt report file in the reports subfolder, please look into it, and tell me what's missing
• There is a detail popup (copiable) on each rom, it show informations on what is encountered vs what is expected

Purpose is to provide quick UI access to report results summary, and a simple list of missing incomplete games/machines. Useful when uploading, searching for missing, and or discussing sets on gaming sites. Rather than having to open detailed report in a text editor.

Basic Summary is at the end of the current Report.log. Suggest using DAT name minus prefix:
