Does opsdroid support GovSlack

We are using opsdroid slack connector, and want to know whether opsdroid supprts GovSlack, from the description here , it seems the GovSlack runs on the entirely separate domain slack-gov.com not slack.com, so wondering if opsdroid can support that.

I think we would need to add another config option to allow users to configure the base_url in the AsyncWebClient.

This should be quite straight forward to do, but hard for any maintainer to test. So perhaps you @yypptest or anyone else with access to GovSlack has an interest in implementing this and testing it out.
