latency issue with multi-workspace slack channel

Description

we are using Slack connector with a slack app using Event API, the slack app was installed to one workspace and the opsdroid was invited to some channels in this workspace.

For the channels that are only in this workspace, the opsdroid responded to the direct message quickly, but for the Organization Channels (or Multi-Workspace Channels, shared with thousands of workspaces), the opsdroid bot responded to the direct message very slowly ( 20+ secs).

Expected Functionality

The opsdroid bot can respond to the user direct message in time when in Multi-Workspace Channels.

Experienced Functionality

the opsdroid bot responded to the direct message very slowly ( 20+ secs).
