create config router edge - generates invalid config

ziti router run requires that the tunnel binding in mode tproxy has a non-empty value for lanIf if the property is present. Currently, the create config command generates an invalid empty value.

Two possible solutions:

1. change ziti router run to treat empty value as default instead of aborting the process
2. change ziti create config router edge to generate a valid default or omit the property lanIf when undefined
