Problem is that the wiki does not has VisualEditor installed, so we have to wait for new scraper capabilities / addition of VisualEditor module in the wiki.

I disabled the recipe for now.

It has been decided that zim-request must contain only new requests, so this indeed has to transferred to mwoffliner repo
