Release or roadmap

Is there any policy or roadmap regarding releasing?
Having no release on PyPi makes a bit difficult to build and share other libraries depending on this one.

Policy? Roadmap? This Django REST framework extension is maintained as best effort in our free time.

I am very busy now, but I can release a new release (eg: 1.1.0) on pypi if any anyone can prepare the version and changelog changes, eg:
f743b1c.
