Modernize OTP UI components #417

Would like to make some styling changes to OTP UI components to modernize the UI (mostly on the route and stop viewers). Some examples:

  • style the stop viewer icons and configure to use agency primary color
  • remove lines, add spacing, and change colorful boxes to the Metro UI route badge on the route viewer grid
  • replace green check marks for checked mode buttons with agency primary background color
  • restyle trip details box
  • remove grey box on headers
  • replace basemap with mapbox-light
  • update the to and from icons
  • consistent styling for all dropdowns and buttons
