Create a matching search results page

Right now the search results page is in a quite rough state, we need to swizzle it out and refactor it to use Tailwind.

Hey @damianstasik, could you let me know what kind of changes you're looking for in the documentation UI?

@ATREAY If you try to search for something and go to the results page you'll see that it uses default styles. In the scope of this ticket I'd like to see this page refactored and synced with the rest of the design. The issue is that we'd need to swizzle out a lot of code that may have some complex parts that would need to be kept aligned with the upstream version.
