So, iD needs to consider all the possible things that clicking on this point might be wanted. Currently it only assumes one arbitrary item Whereas the user doesn't necessarily mean that arbitrary item. So ID should do just like Vespucci does, in the case of ambiguity, a menu pops up with several choices. |

OK thanks! I used the "]" workaround you mentioned and it worked. During the process a turn restrictions dialog popped up, and I thought "if only this dialog allowed me to also select things." So iD needs some friendly verbose disambiguation menus. |
Description
At https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit#map=24/24.18146/120.86583 we have a 5-way junction with a additional node there too.
Special consideration should be given to users attempting various click combinations at that point, to enable them to split the highlighted red road you see.
