Configure projects for the opensourcepos team

Github has created a projects feature that will be quite useful in organizing groups of issues and pull requests. Then existing tickets can be added to those projects and status can be assigned (in progress, todo, etc). Finally we can assign projects with timelines to Githubs roadmap feature.

This will keep us on track and reduce the "are we there yet?" questions.
