I need to add different description and serial number at a time of receiving for 3 no of Same Item

Can anyone tell me for my this problem solution
Say, My Product Name is Toyota Corola, Now i am receiving 3 new car for this same product.
Now i want to receive items for Car 1 for the same Corolla Model with A for Engine and Chassis 1
Car 2 for the same Corolla Model with B for Engine and Chassis 2 and
Car 3 for the same Corolla Model with C for Engine and Chassis 3

the form for Engine and Chassis No should allow me to input until i give three cars input. and only then allow me to submit my receiving information to my inventory as my transaction fulfills.
