Issue Description

As usual, I'm back to do a quick update to KAUS. Things like updating procedures and spawn patterns, and this time calming down the incessant GA spawning all the time. When I originally made the airport for this, there was always a large amount of GA traffic around it, and after talking with a few real-life ATCs that work there, commercial traffic has gone way up in comparison, so the numbers I used are even further than they should be.
