Flying a route uses any previously set turn direction

Issue Description

An aircraft flying along a route of fixes will try to turn in the last (specified or default) turn direction it was given.

Steps to reproduce

1. Issued following commands for an aircraft arriving from SE:

d 50 rr GRUNZ hold GRUNZ 235
rr STILR..COSLU..HALIN x stilr a30 x halin s200

Second command entered as aircraft was on its NE-heading leg.
Upon getting to STILR, aircraft wanted to turn right (the default direction for the hold) to to change heading to COSLU

2. Started new game, issued following commands to an aircraft coming from NE

turn r 180
rr MYRON..STILR

Upon reaching MYRON, pilot wanted to turn right to go to STILR. Also tested it with turning left before the reroute, and it wanted to make the left turn between fixes.
