The idea behind this would be that should a customer make use of his right of access (Art. 15 of the GDPR), the operator of the OpenPetra instance can create a unique link which can be sent to the customer (via OpenPGP or S/MIME?) so that he can see all the things he wants to see under Art. 15 of the GDPR.

Perhaps related to the self service functionality. if the user has access to his own data, he can also see readonly all his donations, sponsorship etc. This is not fully implemented yet.
Otherwise it would be difficult, to give a link that only this user can access.

The other option would be that the operator of the OpenPetra instance has the option to export the data of the customer as XML or Excel file, and can send that file to the requesting customer.

Okay, yes, you could do that in this way.

The idea with the table came from exactly such a procedure at mailbox.org and Art. 15 of the GDPR.
