Ability to manage (recurring) donations via Liberapay in OpenPetra.

In order to simplify the management of donations from Liberapay, especially for non-governmental organisations, a Liberapay integration for managing donations, creating trasparency plans as far as donations are concerned, etc. would in my eyes be a function that could help NGOs with OpenPetra in the long run.

Also here, hackerthrone's would probably be the best place to work on such features.
