PDF-Import Command Line Interface

Hello,

it would be nice if something like paperwork.exe --import "C:\Users\Me\Pictures\MyDocument.pdf" would import the document into Paperwork.

In my case, the scanner (ScanSnap S1300i) does not work directly with Paperwork or the Windows 10 Scanner App, but works with the ScanSnap Manager, that allows to open any program with a new PDF.

It does exist for Linux (paperwork-shell) but not (yet) for Windows
