Cannot access public folder

Hai, saya mau menanyakan untuk requirement php nya versi berapa. Serta extension apa saja yang diperlukan. Karena saat mengakses via localhost/openmvm tidak bisa, via php spark serve juga tidak bisa terinstall

• PHP version 7.3+
• PHP extensions: intl, curl, json, mbstring, mysqlnd, xml

If you install it on localhost then your base URL is http://localhost/openmvm/public/

I've tested it multiple times and I cannot reproduce your issue. If you use virtual host, please make sure that you configure your virtual host correctly.
