Weird task state for 361162?

Something went wrong with task 361162: https://api.openml.org/api/v1/task/361162
It does not have associated estimation procedure or dataset (in the description). The dataset the website links to is removed. Potentially the website still has this information in an Elastic Search index? Either way, I suspect this is some kind of oversight when deleting a dataset, but I am not sure. Probably not worth looking into, but could be relevant during the development of the new API, so I did want to log the issue.
