The mapnik-german-l10n repo has been deprecated and archived by the maintainer. Trying to build on an Ubuntu 22.04 install now fails. The maintainer has created a new repo that does transliteration using an external daemon instead and does not rely on an internal Postgres extension. Are there any plans implement this into openmaptiles?

There is a built deb file here:
https://github.com/kirimaru-jp/mapnik-german-l10n/releases/tag/v2.5.10

Hi, for now the OMT using https://github.com/openmaptiles/mapnik-german-l10n which is part of OMT PostGIS docker. If you are interested in switch to the new version for OMT, the PR is very welcome.
