JavaFX 乱码问题不知道如何解决

具体症状表现为乱码，任何的JavaGUI版本程序都会乱码，不是单独的某一个程序，此外在另一台虚拟机上运行不会乱码，但是控制台会有相同提示，我猜测是可能某个系统配置原因吧，但是已经排除 -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8，应为测试过没有用
