FR: [TP-Link Smart Home] Add support for KS240

Hello,

I just got a KS240 Kasa Smart Ceiling Fan Controller and Dimmer Switch and the binding doesn't see it. I wanted to know if it's possible to add the support for it?

In my quest for KS240 in the python-kasa library, I found out some stuff.

This device use the new protocol on port 20002 that require authentication using the Kasa/Tapo username and password. Without it, you can query state and that's it.

This device have 2 child device.
