Feature Request

If the tenant and project do not exist in Server mode, the program should be blocked from starting.

Should be performed during the first interaction between the client and the server.

Code of Conduct

"tenant and project do not exist in Server mode" means there is no corresponding tenant and project in server ? I don't understand the meaning of the phrase "the program should be blocked from starting", if program be blocked, what conditions should wake up?
