Cause analysis (if possible)

在hippo4j-logback.xml中有如下配置

但hippo4j.home和hippo4j.logs.path两个变量都未被定义或配置导致生成一个特殊的日志目录

Problem recurrence

1.在application.yml中设置一个固定的日志位置hippo4j.logs.path

2.在Dockerfile里提供一个变量，支持外部设置这个值
