Describe the bug

in visit history
sometimes when displaying 'ALL' the results, lets say n results, the heading which should say "1-n of n" is incorrect

To Reproduce

  1. in visit history
  2. choose 'results per page' to be '20' (or a number less than the total number of available results)
  3. click 'next'
  4. choose 'results per page' to be 'ALL'
    the heading is incorrect, in this example in the screen shot it ought to read '1-27 of 27'
