Describe the bug
When attempting to upload large files in OpenEMR, users do not receive any error message indicating that the upload has failed. This lack of feedback may lead users to believe that the upload was successful, causing confusion and uncertainty about the status of the upload.
To Reproduce
Navigate to Miscellaneous -> New Documents.
Choose a document category.
Click on the "Choose Files" button and select one or multiple files with a total size exceeding 64MB.
Click on the "Upload" button.
Observe that there is no error message displayed, and there is no indication that the upload has failed.
Expected behavior
OpenEMR should provide users with an error message if the attempted file upload fails due to the file size exceeding the maximum allowed limit (64000000). This error message helps users understand why the upload was unsuccessful and guides them on how to proceed.
