Hi there 👋 I'm Doug!

I've spent the last 20 years working at the intersections where technology meets sales, warehousing, logistics, education, construction, and real estate.

  • 🔭 I’m currently working as the Director of Strategy & Technology at Elite Development Group.
  • 👨‍💻 Founder and and now consultant at WaltersWorks, a web development company we grew from friends and family to clients all over North America.
  • 💻 Founder of Connected York County, a 501(c)(3) working to bridge the digital divide in York County, Pennsylvania.
  • 🎓 Proud graduate of the University of the People, the world's first tuition-free and accredited online university!
  • 👨‍👦 Chrissy's husband, and dad to two awesome kiddos and a growing group of amazing foster children.
