Add a time estimate to mk_cbk_ui

Feature request: Add an estimate of how long it'll take to load the remaining frames to odc.ui.mk_cbk_ui. Doesn't need to be as fancy as tqdm's (which does some kind of rolling mean), but a simple elapsed/n * (ntotal - n) would be fine.
