Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently there are instructions on how to connect to other SAML providers such as Okta, but none for AWS IAM Identity Center

Describe the solution you'd like
Instructions or fixes necessary to connect OpenCost with AWS IAM Identity Center

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried to get OpenCost to generate a SAML 2 assertion that AWS accepts, but haven't succeeded at doing so.

OpenCost doesn't have authentication, so we're not likely to implement this. Are you using Kubecost?
