Customise midnight run schedule

Hello Team,
We have more than 160+ clusters and all clusters queries Prometheus exactly at same due to this code here:

opencost/pkg/cmd/costmodel/costmodel.go

Line 122 in b55dbfb

And there is no variable to specify explicitly as well.

Could you please help addressing this?

I'm pretty sure we'll need to make the export configurable. I'm moving this issue over to opencost/opencost because it's not directly related to the Helm chart.

@r2k1 was the original implementer, he may have some suggestions.
