Describe the bug

There have been reports where certain contributions that failed appear as incognito although clicking on the contribution link takes to the contribution page where it's not from an incognito user.

This is reported at, https://opencollective.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/346812

For example these contributions are not incognito but appears as incognito in the dashboard
