Can openca-ocspd-3.1.1 use LDAPv3 bind #29

ocspd v3.1.1 (with libpki 0.8.8) uses ldap v2 protocol to bind/read pki:caCertUrl and pki:crlUrl via ldap.

Is using ldap v3 an option and if it is how is it configured?
