VD: New format

The scraper for VD seems to have stopped working since June 29th. There seems to be a new reporting format.

Too bad ... they seem to stop delivering numbers individually...

They are still providing weekly data in their PDF files. I implemented parsing of it in #1828, but it had a bug that should be fixed with #1834. Hope this helps...

Didnt they also changed the reports? I only see BAG-diagrams in the one from beginning of July...

Interesting...

PDF from 28.06.2021 states 84316 cases, which matches more or less the one from their xls (84306).
PDF from 04.07.2021 states 85419 cases. I don't really know, where this difference comes from...
PDF from 11.07.2021 states 85625 cases, which seems to be reasonable.

It looks like the values from the PDFs from this month match the values from covid19.admin.ch. I'm not really sure, what to do here 🤷

We are considering, archiving this repo, because there is no activity anymore and it seems, there will be no activity in the future 🤞. Otherwise it can be unarchived if necessary.
Therefore we're checking all open issues. What about this one? Is it still important or can you either close this one as completed or close as not planned? Thank you!
